Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-cycle?

No. Pirsch explicitly does not offer refunds. Any unused account balance from a downgrade is credited to your account balance but forfeited upon cancellation. EU consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer law.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

Pirsch stops collecting new traffic once your subscription ends. Your historical data remains accessible in a limited view with the date filter locked to the cancellation date. If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed after a one-week grace period.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes — as long as you did not delete your account, you can return to the Billing page and subscribe again. Your account and historical data are preserved.

Can I export my data before cancelling?

Yes. Pirsch provides a CSV export feature ('Exporting Statistics') accessible from the dashboard. Export your data before cancelling to keep a local copy.

Is there a free plan I can downgrade to instead of cancelling?

No. Pirsch does not offer a permanent free plan. After the 30-day trial (or 100,000 page views), a paid subscription is required to continue collecting data.

How do I permanently delete my account?

In Account Settings, use the 'Delete Account' option. This marks your account for deletion and cancels your subscription immediately. There is a one-week grace period during which you can cancel the deletion. After that, all data is permanently removed.

On the Billing page, click the 'Manage Your Subscription' button. This opens the Stripe customer portal in a new page.

Cancel your plan in Stripe

In the Stripe customer portal, click 'Cancel plan' (or 'Cancel subscription'). Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which Pirsch will stop collecting traffic and the date filter will be locked to the cancellation date.
