When do I lose access after cancelling?

Access to Stack AI terminates immediately when the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription term. There is no grace period after the term ends.

Can I get a refund if I cancel mid-term?

No. Stack AI's Terms of Service state that all payments are non-cancelable and nonrefundable. The only exception is if Stack AI itself breaches its 30-day service warranty, in which case they may repair the service or issue a refund for the defective period.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Stack AI retains backups for a maximum of 30 days after termination. You should export all workflows, projects, and data before your subscription ends, as platform access is cut off immediately upon termination.

How do I reactivate my Stack AI subscription?

Reactivation is not addressed in public documentation. You would need to contact the Stack AI sales team (enterprise@stack-ai.com) to negotiate a new Enterprise agreement.

What happens if I miss the 14-day cancellation deadline?

If you do not send written notice at least 14 days before your renewal date, your subscription automatically renews for another full annual term and you will be billed for it. Stack AI does not offer refunds for renewals processed due to missed notice deadlines.

Is there a self-service cancellation button in the dashboard?

No. Stack AI only offers a Free plan and Enterprise plan — there are no self-serve paid tiers. Enterprise cancellations are handled exclusively by emailing tos@stack-ai.com with a written non-renewal notice.

Review your contract end date

Check your Enterprise subscription agreement for the exact term end date. Stack AI subscriptions auto-renew annually, and you must submit a cancellation notice at least 14 days before that date to avoid being charged for another full term.

Compose a cancellation email

Write a cancellation (non-renewal) notice email in English. Include your company name, account email, and a clear statement that you do not wish to renew your Stack AI subscription. The notice must be in writing and sent so that receipt is electronically confirmed.

Download and export any workflows, projects, or data you need before your subscription period ends. Stack AI retains backups for a maximum of 30 days post-termination, but access to the platform terminates immediately upon cancellation taking effect.
