Log in to your UA account

Go to uaudio.com and click 'Sign In' in the top-right corner. Enter your Universal Audio email and password to access your account dashboard.

Navigate to My Account / Subscriptions

Once signed in, click your account name or avatar in the top-right corner and select 'My Account'. Then click on the 'Subscriptions' or 'UAD Spark' section to view your active subscription details.

Click the pencil (edit) icon next to Status

In the Subscriptions panel, find your active UAD Spark subscription. Click the pencil icon (edit icon) next to the 'Status' field to open subscription management options.

Select 'Cancel'

A dropdown or set of options will appear showing 'Pause' and 'Cancel'. Click 'Cancel' to initiate the cancellation flow.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation prompt will appear at the bottom of the panel. Click the confirmation button (typically 'Confirm Cancellation' or 'Yes, Cancel') to finalize. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address.
