Open Account menu

Click 'Account' in the top header navigation to open the account dropdown menu.

Go to Settings

Select 'Settings' from the Account dropdown to open the Organization Settings screen.

Open Billing & Credits tab

On the Organization Settings screen, click the 'Billing & credits' tab.

Click Cancel Subscription

Scroll to the bottom of the Billing & credits screen and click the 'Cancel subscription' button.

Select cancellation reason

A prompt appears asking why you are cancelling. Select a reason from the dropdown menu.

Confirm cancellation

Click the 'Cancel subscription' button in the confirmation dialog to finalize. You will receive a confirmation email and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
