Log in to your Serpstat account

Go to serpstat.com and sign in with your credentials.

Go to the Billing page

Navigate directly to https://serpstat.com/users/billing/ or click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select 'Bills' from the dropdown menu.

Locate the Recurring Billing toggle

On the Bills page, find the 'Recurring Billing' toggle switch. It will be in the active/enabled state if your subscription auto-renews.

Click the Recurring Billing toggle to disable it

Click the 'Recurring Billing' toggle to initiate cancellation. A confirmation prompt will appear asking you to enter a specific confirmation word before the change takes effect.

Enter the confirmation word

Type the confirmation word shown in the prompt (e.g. 'CANCEL' or similar) into the text field and confirm. This disables automatic renewal.

Verify cancellation

After confirming, the Recurring Billing toggle should show as disabled. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, then reverts to the free (freemium) plan.

Contact support if no toggle is visible
