Go to app.bugsnag.com and sign in to your account.

Open Organization Settings

Click your organization name or avatar in the top navigation, then select 'Settings'. Alternatively, use the keyboard shortcut 'g' then 'o' to jump directly to Organization Settings.

Click 'Manage billing'

In the Organization Settings sidebar, click 'Manage billing' to open your subscription and billing details.

Click 'Cancel my subscription'

On the billing page, locate and click the 'Cancel my subscription' button.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. Your account will immediately downgrade to the Free Plan — no further charges will be made.
