Can I get a refund if I cancel my Eggplant subscription early?

No. Annual Services are explicitly non-cancellable and non-refundable per Keysight's Terms of Sale. Any unused service days are forfeited. A refund is only possible in the rare case that Keysight cannot fix non-conformances in the software.

How much notice do I need to give before cancelling?

For non-annual services, you must provide at least 30 days written notice to Keysight. Annual Services cannot be cancelled mid-term at all — you are locked in for the full contracted period.

Can I still access my data after cancellation?

Yes, but only within a 30-day window after your termination date. During this period you can request a copy of all Customer Data at no extra charge. After 30 days, Keysight may permanently delete your data.

What happens to my licenses and software access when I cancel?

Your licenses will be marked expired or terminated in the Keysight Software Manager (KSM) portal. You will immediately lose access to the Eggplant software and any associated SaaS/cloud environment upon the effective termination date.

Can I reactivate my Eggplant subscription after cancelling?

Yes, by contacting ep-sales@keysight.com or your account manager to negotiate a new contract. Note that renewal pricing is not locked — a new subscription will be priced at current market rates, which may be higher than your original contract.

Is there a self-service cancellation option online?

No. There is no self-service cancellation button or portal flow. Eggplant is sold exclusively through enterprise sales channels, and all contract changes — including cancellation — must go through a Keysight account manager or the sales team at ep-sales@keysight.com.

Locate your Account Manager

Check your original purchase confirmation or onboarding email for the name and email of your assigned Keysight account executive. Every Eggplant enterprise customer is assigned a named account manager who handles all contract changes.

Review your contract terms

Before contacting Keysight, check whether you purchased 'Annual Services'. Annual Services are explicitly non-cancellable and non-refundable per the Keysight Terms of Sale (https://portal.hub.eggplant.cloud/hub/mi-cloud-saas-terms.pdf). Non-annual services require 30 days written notice.

Send written cancellation notice

Email your account manager or ep-sales@keysight.com with a written notice of intent to cancel. Include your company name, contract/order number, and the requested termination date. For non-annual services, termination takes effect 30 days after notice is received.

Submit a support ticket (if no response)

If you cannot reach your account manager, go to https://support.eggplantsoftware.com/create-a-support-ticket and submit a ticket using your work email. Select your product and describe the cancellation request in the ticket body.

Call Keysight directly (if needed)

As a fallback, call Keysight's US toll-free line at 1-800-829-4444 or visit https://www.keysight.com/us/en/contact.html to find regional contact numbers. Request to speak with someone in the Eggplant account or sales team.

Request your Customer Data export

Within 30 days of your cancellation effective date, request a copy of all Customer Data from Keysight in writing. Keysight will provide it in a mutually agreeable format. Failing to request within the 30-day window may result in permanent data deletion.
