Can I still use Brand24 after I cancel?

Yes. Your access continues until the end of the current paid subscription period. You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Brand24's Terms of Use state that you are entitled to a refund of up to one month's fee only if you did not use the service during that period. If you have been actively using Brand24, no refund is given for the remaining unused time in a billing period.

What happens to my data when I cancel?

Cancelling the subscription does not automatically delete your account data. You must separately request account deletion (via chat or email). Once deletion is processed, all data tied to your account is removed. Brand24 gives you a 14-day window to export your personal data before deletion becomes final.

How do I reactivate my Brand24 account?

Contact Brand24 support via help@brand24.com or the Intercom chat and ask to reactivate. If your account has not been deleted, you can typically resume a plan. If it was deleted, you would need to create a new account.

How much notice do I need to give to cancel?

At least 7 days before the start of the next subscription period for monthly card payments. For fixed-term (annual) contracts, you must cancel with one month's notice and no later than 30 days before the contract expiry date to avoid automatic conversion to a rolling indefinite term.

Will I be charged a cancellation fee?

Generally no, but if you are on a promotional or discounted annual plan and cancel before it ends, Brand24 reserves the right under their Terms of Use to retroactively charge you the proportional value of the discounts that were applied to the months already used.

Log in to Brand24

Go to https://app.brand24.com/panel/ and log in with your credentials.

Check your next billing date

Click your account name in the upper-right corner, select 'Account settings', then click the 'Your subscription and account' tile at https://app.brand24.com/account/limits/ to note your next renewal date. You must submit your cancellation request at least 7 days before it.

Open the Intercom chat

Click the chat bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of any Brand24 page (powered by Intercom) to open the live chat with your Account Manager.

Request cancellation via chat or email

Tell the agent you want to cancel your subscription. Alternatively, send an email to help@brand24.com with the subject 'Subscription cancellation request' including your account email and the reason for cancelling.

Confirm cancellation in writing

Ask the agent to confirm in writing (chat transcript or email reply) that your subscription has been cancelled and will not renew. Note the date and the name of the agent for your records.

Request account or data deletion (optional)

If you also want your data removed, explicitly request account deletion in the same conversation. Brand24 will delete your account and all associated data. You have a 14-day window to export any personal data before deletion is finalised.
