Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your paid features remain active through the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically downgrades to the free plan.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

ScreenPal does not offer refunds upon cancellation unless legally required in your region. Your subscription simply will not renew after the current period ends.

When do I need to cancel to avoid the next charge?

You must cancel at least one full calendar day before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.

What happens to my videos and uploads after I cancel?

Your uploads remain in your account but you'll be subject to the free plan's storage and bandwidth limits. You may need to delete some content to stay within free-tier limits.

Can I reactivate my paid plan after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate a paid subscription at any time by going to Settings → Plan and selecting a new plan.

Can I delete my ScreenPal account entirely?

Yes. Account deletion is available through account settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your videos, recordings, and data from ScreenPal's servers.

Log in to your account

Go to screenpal.com and log in to your ScreenPal account using your email and password.

Open account settings

Click the User icon in the top-right corner of the page to open the dropdown menu, then select 'Settings'.

Navigate to Plan settings

In the left sidebar, find the Subscription section and click 'Plan'.

Click Modify

On the Plan page, click the 'Modify' button to access subscription management options.

Click Cancel My Plan

Click 'Cancel My Plan' located in the top-right corner of the plan management screen.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Turn off Auto-Renewal' to confirm your cancellation. Your paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
