Go to samsclub.com and log in to your account.
Go to Membership settings
Click your account name, then select 'Membership' from the dropdown.
Click Cancel Membership
Scroll down to find the 'Cancel membership' link and click it.
Complete the cancellation
Follow the prompts, select a reason, and confirm your cancellation.
Request refund if applicable
