Log In to Shadow

Go to shadow.tech and sign in to your account.

Open Account Settings

Click your profile icon and navigate to My Account.

Go to Subscription

Click on the Subscription or Plan section.

Request Cancellation

Click Cancel Subscription and select your reason for leaving.
