Sign In to Zwift

Go to my.zwift.com and log in with your Zwift credentials.

Go to Account Settings

Click on your profile name and select Account from the dropdown menu.

Open Subscription Section

Scroll down to the Membership section to see your current plan details.

Cancel Membership

Click Cancel Membership and follow the on-screen prompts.

Confirm Cancellation

Select your cancellation reason and confirm. Your membership remains active until the end of the billing period.
