Will I still have access to Castr after cancelling?

Yes. After cancelling, you retain full access to your Castr account and features until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next cycle.

Can I get a refund when I cancel?

No. Castr does not provide refunds for partial months. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep access for the time you have already paid for.

Can I reactivate my Castr subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate by resubscribing to a plan at any time. You may need to re-enter your payment information when doing so.

What happens to my streams and data after I cancel?

Your streams and configurations remain associated with your account until the end of the billing cycle. After expiry, access to premium features is removed. For data deletion requests, contact support@castr.io.

What if I paid through Apple App Store or Google Play?

If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel directly through that platform's subscription management settings, not through the Castr website.

When does the cancellation take effect?

Cancellation takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. The change processes immediately or within 24 hours, but your plan remains active through the current period.

Log in to Castr

Go to castr.io and sign in to your account with your credentials.

Open account menu

Click your profile/account icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the dropdown menu.

Go to Billing

Select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu. This opens the Billing page showing your current usage quota and all active subscriptions.

Locate your active subscription

Scroll down to the 'Subscriptions' section to see a list of your active plans.

Click Cancel on the plan

Click the 'Cancel' button (sometimes shown as 'Manage Subscription') on the plan you wish to cancel.

Select cancellation reason

Choose a cancellation reason from the provided options and optionally add comments. Castr uses this as feedback — there are no aggressive retention offers, just a feedback prompt.

Confirm cancellation

Complete the unsubscribe process by confirming. You will receive a confirmation email. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
