Check your contract renewal date
Log in to your Plentific account at app.plentific.com and review your contract terms. Plentific contracts auto-renew annually and require 90 days' advance notice before the renewal date — missing this window locks you into another year.
Contact your Customer Success Manager
Every Plentific client is assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). Contact them directly via email or phone to formally notify them of your intent to cancel. This is the primary cancellation route for enterprise/property manager accounts.
Submit a cancellation request via in-app support
If you cannot reach your CSM, log in to app.plentific.com, click the Support icon in the navigation, then select 'Contact Support'. Submit your cancellation request in writing during business hours.
Send written notice via contact form
As a backup, submit your cancellation notice at plentific.com/get-in-touch/ or by post to Plentific Ltd, Yarnwicke 119, 121 Cannon St, London EC4N 5AT. Keep a copy for your records with the date sent.
Export your data before contract end
Before your contract ends, export all data via the dashboard reports and work order downloads. You can also request a raw JSON export. Once the contract ends, new object creation is disabled immediately.
Request account and data deletion (optional)
To have your account and personal data fully deleted under GDPR, email privacy@plentific.com with your deletion request. This is separate from contract cancellation.
