No. Your Polycam Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling only stops the automatic renewal — you keep all paid features until the period expires.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Polycam's refund policy states that all subscription payments are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a subscription or for cancellations made mid-billing period. For exceptional cases, contact support@poly.cam.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through the Apple App Store?

Apple-purchased subscriptions must be cancelled through Apple: go to iPhone/iPad Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → tap Subscriptions → select Polycam → tap Cancel Subscription. Polycam cannot manage App Store billing directly.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through Google Play?

Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → select Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → tap Polycam → tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. Google manages this billing, not Polycam.

Can I reactivate my Polycam subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can re-subscribe at any time by visiting poly.cam/billing and choosing a plan. Your existing scans and data remain accessible on the free tier after cancellation.

What happens to my 3D scans and data after I cancel?

Your scans and data are retained on your account on the free tier after cancellation, though export options and processing features may be limited. To fully delete your account and data, visit the account deletion page in your Polycam settings.
