No. Your paid Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Statsig does not publish a refund policy for Pro/self-serve plans, and enterprise fees are explicitly nonrefundable. Refunds are generally not offered.

How do I cancel an Enterprise contract?

Enterprise contracts are non-cancelable mid-term and auto-renew for 12-month periods. You must provide written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of your current term to avoid auto-renewal.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can upgrade back to a paid plan at any time through Project Settings > Usage & Billing in the Statsig console.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Statsig does not publish an official data retention or deletion policy. Contact support@statsig.com or reach out via their Slack community for specifics on data handling after downgrade or cancellation.
