Will I still have access to Hinge+ or HingeX after I cancel?

Yes. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next renewal cycle, but you keep premium features until expiry.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Hinge generally does not offer refunds. If you subscribed within the last 14 days, you can contact Hinge support to request one. Residents of certain US states (Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin) are entitled to a full refund within 3 business days of subscribing. iOS refunds must go through Apple; Android refunds through Google Play or Hinge support.

Does deleting the Hinge app cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription and you will continue to be charged. You must cancel through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or by contacting Hinge support if you paid directly through Hinge.

How do I cancel if I paid through Hinge directly (not App Store or Google Play)?

Contact Hinge support at hello@hinge.co with your account email/phone number and order number. For a formal cancellation notice, you may also mail or deliver a signed and dated written notice to Hinge.

Can I reactivate my Hinge subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe to Hinge+ or HingeX at any time through the app. Your profile and matches are preserved unless you delete your account separately.

How do I delete my Hinge account and data entirely?

Cancelling a subscription is separate from deleting your account. To delete your account, go to Settings → 'My Account' → 'Delete Account'. This removes your profile and data permanently, but you must also cancel your subscription separately through the App Store or Google Play to stop charges.

Open Hinge and go to Settings

Launch the Hinge app. Tap your profile icon in the bottom-right corner, then tap the gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner of your profile screen.

Tap 'My Account'

In Settings, scroll down and tap 'My Account' to access account and subscription options.

Select 'Manage Subscription'

Tap 'Manage Subscription' (or 'Subscription'). This will redirect you to the platform that handles your billing — either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device.

iOS: Cancel via App Store settings

On iPhone/iPad, if not redirected automatically: go to device Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) at the top → tap 'Subscriptions' → find 'Hinge' → tap 'Cancel Subscription' → confirm by tapping 'Confirm'.

Android: Cancel via Google Play

On Android, if not redirected automatically: open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon (top-right) → tap 'Payments & subscriptions' → tap 'Subscriptions' → find 'Hinge' → tap 'Cancel subscription' → follow on-screen prompts to confirm.

Confirm cancellation

After tapping 'Cancel Subscription', the App Store or Google Play will ask you to confirm. Tap 'Confirm' or 'Cancel subscription' one final time. You will receive a confirmation email from Apple or Google. Your Hinge+ or HingeX access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
