Will my deployments keep running after I cancel?

Yes. Your paid plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. After that, your organization reverts to the Free plan (1M requests/month, 100 GB egress, 20 active deployments, 50 custom domains, 1 GiB KV storage). Deployments within Free plan limits continue running; anything exceeding those limits may be suspended.

Refunds are only available within 14 days of your initial purchase or plan upgrade, and only if the service failed to work and Deno support could not resolve the issue. No prorated refunds are given for unused time after the 14-day window.

Can I reactivate my paid plan after cancelling?

Yes. Since cancellation reverts your account to the Free plan rather than deleting it, you can upgrade again at any time through Settings > Billing in your organization dashboard.

Is there a way to pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

No. Deno Deploy does not offer a pause option. Your only choices are to remain on a paid plan or revert to the Free plan by cancelling.

Will my data be deleted when I cancel?

Deno's documentation does not specify a data deletion timeline after cancellation. Contact deploy@deno.com before cancelling if data retention is a concern.

Can I also cancel via email?

Yes. If you are unable to cancel through the dashboard, you can contact Deno support at deploy@deno.com or support@deno.com to request cancellation.

Log in to Deno Deploy

Go to dash.deno.com and sign in to your account.

Select your Organization

Use the organization selector at the top of the dashboard to choose the organization whose subscription you want to cancel.

Open Organization Settings

Click on 'Settings' in the left-hand navigation menu for your selected organization.

Go to Billing

Within Settings, navigate to the 'Billing' section. This page shows your current plan, usage, payment methods, and invoice history.

Cancel Subscription

Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button on the Billing page to initiate cancellation.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. Your paid plan remains active through the end of the current billing period, after which your organization automatically reverts to the Free plan.
