Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Log in to Rallly

Go to app.rallly.co and sign in to your account using your email address or Google/SSO login.

Open Space Settings

Once logged in, navigate to your Space. Click on your space name or the settings gear icon to open Space Settings.

Go to the Billing tab

Inside Space Settings, click the 'Billing' tab in the left sidebar or settings navigation menu.

Open the Billing Portal

Click the 'Manage Billing' or 'Billing Portal' button to open Stripe's customer portal in a new tab or modal.

Cancel your subscription

Inside the Stripe billing portal, locate your active Pro plan and click 'Cancel plan' or 'Cancel subscription'. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Confirm cancellation

Stripe will ask you to confirm. Click 'Cancel plan' on the confirmation dialog. You will receive a confirmation email from Rallly/Stripe. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
