What happens to my pages after I cancel?

Your pages will be stored on Zipify's servers for 90 days after uninstalling, but they won't be editable and won't appear or function properly on your store. It's recommended to unpublish pages before cancelling.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Zipify Pages does not publicly advertise a refund policy for subscription payments. As a Shopify app, billing is managed through Shopify's billing system. You can contact Zipify support at support@zipify.com to request a refund if applicable.

Can I reactivate and recover my pages?

Yes. If you reinstall Zipify Pages to the same Shopify store within 90 days of uninstalling, all your pages and settings will be fully restored. After 90 days, all pages, images, JavaScript, and CSS code are permanently deleted from their servers.

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

No. Zipify Pages does not offer a pause option. Uninstalling the app is the only way to stop billing.

Will cancelling affect my live store immediately?

Yes. Once you uninstall the app, any Zipify Pages-built pages will stop functioning properly on your store. Unpublish them before uninstalling to avoid broken pages showing to customers.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No cancellation fee is charged. You simply uninstall the app and billing stops. You will not be charged beyond your current billing cycle.

Unpublish your pages (recommended)

Before cancelling, open the Zipify Pages app from your Shopify admin and unpublish any active pages. Cancelled pages won't appear or function properly, so unpublishing prevents broken pages from showing to visitors.

Go to Shopify Admin Apps section

Log in to your Shopify store admin at yourstore.myshopify.com/admin. Click 'Apps' in the left sidebar, then click 'App and sales channel settings' or navigate directly to the installed apps list.

Find Zipify Pages in your apps list

In the Apps section, locate 'Zipify Pages' in your list of installed apps.

Click 'Delete' to uninstall

Click the trash/delete icon next to Zipify Pages, or open the app and select 'Delete app'. Shopify will ask you to confirm the removal.

Confirm uninstallation

A confirmation dialog will appear. Click 'Delete' to confirm. Uninstalling the app automatically cancels the billing — there is no separate cancellation button. Billing stops immediately upon removal.
