Yes. Cancelling stops auto-renewal but your Premium access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Can I get a refund when I cancel?

Generally no. Meditopia treats its service as immediately delivered digital content and does not offer refunds. An exception exists for Google Play and website purchases: you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, granted at Meditopia's discretion. Apple App Store purchases must be refunded through Apple directly.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through the Apple App Store?

Go to iPhone Settings > tap your Apple ID name > Subscriptions > select Meditopia > tap Cancel Subscription. Alternatively, use the in-app Settings > Terminate Subscription button.

Tap the 'Profile' icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Tap 'Terminate Subscription'

Scroll down to find and tap the 'Terminate Subscription' button. If you cannot find it, use your platform's native flow: on iOS go to iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Meditopia > Cancel Subscription; on Android open the Play Store > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Meditopia > Cancel subscription.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. You will receive a confirmation email to the address used during registration.
