Determine your subscription source

Check how you subscribed: iOS App Store, Google Play, or directly via the Simple website. The cancellation path differs by platform. You can check your purchase confirmation email or look under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions (iOS) or Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions (Android).

Open the Simple app and tap your profile icon

Launch the Simple app. Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of the Home or My Plan tab to access account settings.

Tap 'Manage subscription'

Scroll down in your profile and tap 'Manage subscription'. Tap the same 'Manage subscription' button again on the next screen to proceed.

Verify your identity (website subscribers only)

If you subscribed via the Simple website, you will be prompted to enter your subscription email address and verify it with a one-time code sent to that email.

Navigate to 'Plan Management' and select 'Turn off auto-renewal'

Website subscribers: scroll to the 'Plan Management' section and tap 'Turn off auto-renewal' to cancel. iOS subscribers: you will be redirected to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions — tap 'Simple' then 'Cancel Subscription'. Android subscribers: you will be redirected to the Google Play Store — tap 'Cancel subscription' and confirm.

Decline retention offers if presented

Simple may present an offer to pause your subscription instead of cancelling, or prompt you to contact support to explore better options. Decline these if you wish to proceed with cancellation.

Complete the cancellation survey

For website subscriptions, fill out the short cancellation survey with your reason for leaving, then confirm. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
