Yes. Upon cancellation you are logged out of Arcade immediately and cannot log back in until you resubscribe. However, your existing DAW sessions will still play back MIDI data using Arcade — you just cannot edit them or load new samples.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions can be refunded within 30 days of purchase by contacting the Output support team directly.

How do I reactivate my Arcade subscription?

Do I keep the music I made while subscribed?

Sub FX effects stop functioning after cancellation. They require an active Arcade subscription to operate.

Go to your Output account

Open a browser and navigate to https://account.output.com. Make sure you are logged in with your Output account credentials (email and password).

Log in if prompted

If not already signed in, click 'Log In' at the top right of the page and enter your email address and password associated with your Output / Arcade account.

Open the Subscriptions section

Once logged in, locate the 'Subscriptions' section on your account dashboard. This lists your active Arcade subscription.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button next to your Arcade plan. You may also see a 'Pause' option here if you want to pause for one month instead of fully cancelling.

Confirm cancellation

Follow any confirmation prompts to finalise the cancellation. Note: upon confirmation you will be logged out of Arcade immediately and lose editing access.

Bounce MIDI to audio (recommended)

Before or immediately after cancelling, bounce any MIDI tracks that use Arcade to audio in your DAW. Without an active subscription, Arcade samples still play back but you cannot edit sessions, load custom Kits, or use Sub FX plugins (Thermal, Portal, Movement).
