No. Your Luma Plus features remain active until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling simply turns off auto-renewal.

Can I get a refund when I cancel?

No. Luma explicitly states they are unable to process refunds for Luma Plus subscriptions, regardless of how much time remains in the billing period.

Can I reactivate Luma Plus after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe to Luma Plus at any time by returning to luma.com/calendar/manage/plus and choosing a new plan.

What if I can't find which account my Luma charge is on?

Use Luma's Subscription Lookup tool at luma.com/support/lookup-card. Enter your card details and the charge amount to locate and manage any active Luma Plus subscription tied to that card.

Can I switch from annual to monthly billing?

Not mid-cycle. To switch from an annual plan to monthly, you must let your current annual plan expire and then resubscribe on a monthly basis.

Does cancelling affect my events or calendar data?

No. Your events, guest data, and calendar content are not deleted when you cancel Luma Plus. You simply lose access to Plus-only features (higher send limits, extra admin seats, etc.) after the billing period ends.

Navigate directly to luma.com/calendar/manage/plus — this is the subscription management page for Luma Plus.

Select your calendar

The page displays all calendars you manage. Click on the calendar that has an active Luma Plus subscription.

Open subscription settings

On the calendar's Luma Plus management page, locate the subscription section showing your current plan, billing cycle, and renewal date.

Turn off auto-renewal

Click the option labelled "Turn off auto-renewal" (or "Cancel Plan"). This disables automatic renewal — your Luma Plus access continues until the current billing period ends.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. No further steps or retention flows are reported. You will not receive a refund for the remaining period.
