Will I have access after cancelling?

Yes. Since plans are billed monthly in advance, you retain full access to Medusa Cloud through the end of the current billing period. Any outstanding usage fees from the prior month are added to your final invoice.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Medusa does not publish an explicit refund policy. Plans are billed monthly in advance and are generally non-refundable. For refund requests, contact billing@medusajs.com.

Can I reactivate my plan after cancelling?

Yes. You can re-subscribe to Medusa Cloud at any time by logging back in and selecting a plan. There is no lock-in or reactivation penalty.

What happens to my data when I cancel?

You retain full ownership of your data. Before cancelling, you can export a complete database dump from the Cloud dashboard at any time. Medusa explicitly supports migrating off Cloud to self-hosted infrastructure with no code changes required.

Can I switch to self-hosting instead of cancelling?

Yes. Medusa is open-source and fully self-hostable. You can export your data and run Medusa on your own infrastructure with zero source code changes. There is no GMV fee or lock-in on any plan.

Are there any cancellation fees?

No. Medusa does not charge cancellation fees. You pay only for the current month and any outstanding usage charges from the prior month.

Log in to Medusa Cloud

Go to cloud.medusajs.com and sign in with your account credentials.

Open Organization Settings

Click the organization switcher icon in the top-left corner of the dashboard, then select 'Organization Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Billing

In the left sidebar of Organization Settings, click on 'Billing' to open your subscription and payment details.

Change or Cancel Your Plan

Click the 'Change plan' button or link to open the plan selection modal. Select the option to cancel or downgrade your subscription. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Contact Support if Needed

If no self-serve cancellation option is visible in Billing settings, email billing@medusajs.com with your organization name and cancellation request. They will process it manually.
