Log in to Dropbox Sign
Go to app.hellosign.com (or sign.dropbox.com) and sign in to your account.
Open Account Settings
Click your avatar or initials in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Billing
In the Settings page, click the 'Billing' tab near the top of the screen.
Click 'Cancel Plan'
In the Billing section, locate your current plan and click the 'Cancel Plan' (or 'Cancel subscription') link. You may be shown an option to 'Pause' your subscription instead — this is a retention alternative; skip it and proceed with cancellation.
Select a cancellation reason
A cancellation flow will ask you to select a reason for cancelling from a dropdown list. Choose the most applicable reason and continue.
Confirm the cancellation
Review the cancellation summary (showing your access end date) and click 'Confirm cancellation'. You will receive a confirmation email from Dropbox Sign. No further action is required — the email is informational, not a required confirmation step.
