Can I get a refund after cancelling?

If an order has already been charged and dispatched, refunds are not automatically issued — you would need to return the items under YuMOVE's returns policy. Cancellation only prevents future charges; it does not refund the current cycle. However, in exceptional circumstances (e.g. a pet passing away), customer service has been known to issue compassionate refunds.

How far in advance do I need to cancel?

You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. If you cancel after this window, the next order will still be processed and charged.

Can I pause or skip instead of cancelling?

Yes. From the same 'Manage' → 'Edit' flow in your account, you can choose 'Skip' to skip a single upcoming order rather than cancelling the entire subscription. The same 24-hour pre-renewal deadline applies.
