Contact your Account Manager directly

Email or call your assigned Account Manager to formally express your intent to cancel. Reference your contract number and the desired termination date. Submit a formal written cancellation notice

Receive termination confirmation

Obtain written confirmation from Avature that your contract has been terminated, your account has been closed, and all billing has ceased. Keep this for your records in case of any future billing disputes.
