Can I still access Clockwise after cancelling?

Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, so you retain access until then. After the period ends — or as of the March 27, 2026 shutdown — access is no longer available.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Clockwise's standard policy does not offer mid-term refunds; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. However, due to the service shutdown on March 27, 2026, any prepaid time past that date is eligible for a prorated refund. Contact [email protected] if you were charged after shutdown.

Does uninstalling the browser extension cancel my subscription?

No. Uninstalling the Chrome or Firefox extension does not cancel your subscription or deactivate your account. Calendar sync, Flexible Meetings, and Slack sync continue running, and billing continues. You must cancel through Plans and Billing.

Does deactivating my account stop billing?

No. Account deactivation (via getclockwise.com/uninstall) and subscription cancellation are separate actions. To stop being charged, you must explicitly cancel via the Plans and Billing page.

What happens to my calendar data when I cancel?

All Clockwise-managed calendar blocks (Focus Time, Travel Time, Meeting Breaks) are removed. Flexible Meetings stop auto-rescheduling, and Scheduling Links stop working. Following the March 2026 shutdown, all user data was permanently deleted and was not transferred to Salesforce.

Who can cancel a Clockwise subscription?

Only account Admins (Business plan) or billing owners (Teams plan) can cancel. Regular team members do not see the Plans and Billing option and must ask their admin to cancel.

Log in to Clockwise

Go to app.getclockwise.com and sign in with your Google or Microsoft account. Note: Clockwise permanently shut down on March 27, 2026 — if you are still being charged after this date, contact [email protected] for a prorated refund.

Open Plans and Billing

Click your profile avatar or account menu in the top-right corner, then navigate to 'Plans and Billing'. This option is only visible to account Admins or billing owners — regular members do not see this menu item.

Click 'Manage Billing and Subscription Details'

On the Plans and Billing page, click the 'Manage Billing and Subscription Details' button to open the billing management panel.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'

In the billing management panel, click the 'Cancel Subscription' button. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual); cancellation is not immediate.

Confirm cancellation

Follow any on-screen confirmation prompts to finalize the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email when the cancellation is processed.

Deactivate your account (optional)

If you also want to remove calendar integrations, go to getclockwise.com/uninstall and click 'Deactivate your Clockwise account'. Important: this is a separate action from cancelling — deactivating alone does NOT stop billing.
