Identify your subscription platform

Before canceling, determine where you subscribed: the Instaread website (instaread.co), Apple App Store (iOS), or Google Play Store (Android). You must cancel through the same platform where you originally subscribed — canceling on the website will NOT cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

Log in to your Instaread account (website subscribers)

If you subscribed via the website, go to https://instaread.co/login and sign in with your email and password.

Navigate to Membership settings

After logging in, go to your account settings and click on 'Membership' in the menu.

Click the edit icon next to your plan

Find your current subscription plan listed and click the edit icon (pencil icon) next to it.

Select 'Cancel'

Click the 'Cancel' button that appears and follow the on-screen confirmation prompt to complete cancellation.
