Check your procurement channel
Determine whether you purchased SentinelOne directly or through a reseller/partner (e.g., CDW, Carahsoft, Sherweb, ConnectWise). If purchased via a reseller, the non-renewal notice must go through them, not SentinelOne directly.
Review your contract terms
Check your subscription end date in your contract or order form. SentinelOne subscriptions are annual and auto-renew — you must provide written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of your current term.
