Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time via the Billing section in your dashboard. You retain access until the end of the current billing period, after which your account downgrades and no further charges are made.

Will I get a refund if I cancel an annual plan early?

No. Annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable. If you cancel mid-term, you keep access until the annual period ends but will not receive a prorated refund.

How do I cancel a Premium or Enterprise Yotpo plan?

Self-service cancellation is not available for custom or Enterprise plans. You must contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager directly or open a support ticket at support.yotpo.com. Log in to your Yotpo account

Go to accounts.yotpo.com and sign in with your credentials.

Open your profile menu

Click the Profile icon in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.
