Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

No. Your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan (up to 1,000 contacts and 4,000 sends/month).

Can I get a refund if I cancel before my billing period ends?

No. Loops does not issue refunds for unused time. All paid amounts are non-refundable per their Terms of Service.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. Since your account reverts to the free tier rather than being deleted, you can restart a paid subscription at any time from the Billing page in Settings.

What happens to my contacts and data after I cancel?

Your data remains accessible through the end of your billing period. Loops retains account data for up to 12 months after account deactivation before deleting it. Export your contacts before canceling to be safe.

Is there a notice period for annual plan cancellations?

Yes. Loops requires at least 60 days' notice before the end of an annual subscription term to avoid auto-renewal. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time and simply won't renew.

What if I can't cancel through the app?

You can contact Loops support by emailing chris@loops.so and request cancellation directly.

Log in to Loops

Go to app.loops.so and log in to your account.

Open Settings

Click on the gear icon or your account menu to open Settings.

Go to Billing

In the Settings panel, click the 'Billing' tab to open your billing page at app.loops.so/settings?page=billing.

Find Current Plan section

Locate the 'Current Plan' section on the Billing page, which displays your active subscription details.

Click Cancel or Manage Subscription

Click the 'Cancel subscription' or 'Manage subscription' button. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can manage or cancel your plan.

Select Cancel Plan in Stripe portal

In the Stripe billing portal, click 'Cancel plan' and select a cancellation reason when prompted.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your cancellation. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the account reverts to the free tier (up to 1,000 contacts).
