Go to your Spotify Account page
Open a web browser and navigate to https://www.spotify.com/pl/account/ and log in with your Spotify credentials if prompted.
Open the subscription section
On your Account Overview page, scroll down to the 'Twój plan' (Your Plan) section where your current Premium plan details are displayed.
Click 'Zmień plan' (Change Plan)
Click the 'ZMIEŃ PLAN' (Change Plan) button next to your current plan name. This opens a page listing all available plans.
Scroll to Spotify Free and click 'Anuluj Premium'
Scroll all the way down past the paid plan options to the Spotify Free tier. Click the 'ANULUJ PREMIUM' (Cancel Premium) button beneath it.
Review the cancellation information page
Spotify displays a retention page listing what you will lose (offline listening, ad-free, skips). You may be offered a discounted rate or a 1–3 month pause instead of full cancellation. Ignore offers and click 'KONTYNUUJ ANULOWANIE' (Continue Cancellation).
Confirm cancellation
On the final confirmation screen click 'TAK, ANULUJ' (Yes, Cancel) to complete the process. You will receive a confirmation email from Spotify.
