KeyCDN credits are explicitly non-refundable per their Terms of Service. However, the terms note that exceptions 'might be granted' on a case-by-case basis — you can request a refund via the support ticket when submitting your closure request.

What happens to my data after I close my account?

Disable auto-recharge to stop future billing

Go to app.keycdn.com/users/support and open a new support request. In the subject write 'Account Closure Request' and in the body request full deletion of your account and associated data.
