Go to the ALDI TALK cancellation portal

Open your browser and navigate to https://www.alditalk-kundenportal.de/kuendigung/ — this is the official online cancellation form ("Kündigungsbutton") introduced in July 2022. Alternatively, log in to "Mein ALDI TALK" via the website or the ALDI TALK App and look for the "Vertrag kündigen" option in your account settings.

Enter your personal details

Fill in your full name, address, and mobile phone number (Mobilfunknummer) associated with the ALDI TALK SIM card. You may also need your customer number (Kundennummer) and Hotline-PIN, which can be found in the ALDI TALK App under "Benutzerkonto".

Select cancellation type

Choose whether you want to cancel the full prepaid contract ("Gesamten Vertrag kündigen") or only a specific tariff option/package ("Tarifoption kündigen"). For full SIM/number termination, select the full contract option.

Choose cancellation reason

Select your reason from the dropdown: "Ordentliche Kündigung" (regular/ordinary cancellation) for a standard end-of-term termination, or "Außerordentliche Kündigung" (extraordinary/immediate cancellation) for an exceptional reason such as moving abroad.

Set the cancellation date

Choose when the cancellation should take effect: "Zum nächstmöglichen Termin" (next possible date, typically 30 days from submission) or enter a specific future date. The standard notice period is 30 days.

Submit by clicking "Jetzt kündigen"

Review all entered details and click the green "Jetzt kündigen" (Cancel Now) button to submit your cancellation request. The form is legally binding once submitted.

Receive cancellation confirmation

Within a few minutes you will receive a cancellation confirmation (Kündigungsbestätigung) via SMS and/or email. Keep this confirmation as proof. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, contact customer service at 0177 177 1157 (Mon–Fri 7:00–23:00, Sat–Sun & holidays 10:00–18:00) or email alditalk@eplus.de.
