Log in to your api.video dashboard
Go to dashboard.api.video and sign in to your account.
Open Account Settings
Click on your account/profile icon or navigate to the Settings section in the dashboard sidebar to open Account Settings.
Scroll to the 'Delete Account' section
Scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings page to find the 'Delete Account' section, which is the last option listed.
Click the delete/cancel button
Click the delete or cancel button in the Delete Account section. A chat pop-up window will appear on screen.
Submit your cancellation request via chat
In the chat pop-up, provide the necessary information requested by the support team to process your account cancellation. This requires a manual review by the api.video team — cancellation is not instant.
Confirm and await processing
Wait for the api.video support team to confirm your cancellation request. Note that the documentation warns: 'This is an action that you cannot undone' — account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
