Determine how you subscribed

Check whether you subscribed directly through eufy, or via Apple App Store, Google Play, or PayPal — this determines your cancellation method. Open the eufy Security app, tap the hamburger menu (3 lines), then 'Cloud Record' → 'My Cloud' to view your subscription details.

Find your camera serial number (direct subscribers only)

If you subscribed directly via eufy (not through Apple/Google/PayPal), you will need your camera's serial number. Find it on the device label or in the eufy Security app under device Settings → 'Device Info'.

Contact eufy Support to cancel

For direct eufy subscriptions, self-service cancellation is not available in the app or web portal. For direct eufy cancellations, wait for a confirmation email from support. For App Store/Google Play cancellations, verify the subscription shows as cancelled in your respective subscription management screen. Auto-renewal will stop at the end of your current billing period.
