Log in to FanDuel
Visit fanduel.com or open the FanDuel app and sign in with your email address and password.
Withdraw your balance
Go to 'My Account' and select 'Withdraw'. Transfer your remaining funds to your bank account or PayPal. Ensure the withdrawal is fully processed before requesting deactivation.
Navigate to Account Settings
Click on your profile icon or username and go to 'Account Settings' or 'My Profile'.
Request account deactivation or self-exclusion
FanDuel accounts cannot be fully deleted, but you can request deactivation by contacting FanDuel support via live chat or email at support@fanduel.com. For self-exclusion, use the 'Responsible Gaming' section in Account Settings.
Confirm your deactivation request
Provide confirmation to the support team. Your account will be deactivated and you'll receive a confirmation email. Note that deactivation prevents login but the account record is retained per regulatory requirements.
