Yes. Cancellation only stops the next automatic renewal. Your subscription and data access remain fully active until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

If you cancel an unactivated eSIM plan within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. Once a plan is activated and connected to a network, no refund is issued for early termination or change of mind. Technical issues caused by Holafly or the network provider may qualify for partial compensation.

How far in advance should I cancel to avoid being charged again?

Holafly recommends canceling at least 7 days before your renewal date. Once a renewal is processed, it is not refundable due to change of mind or early termination.

Can I reactivate my Holafly Plans subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by logging back into the Holafly app or website and purchasing a new plan.

What if I subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store?

If your subscription was billed through Apple, cancel via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Holafly → Cancel Subscription. If billed through Google Play, cancel via Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Holafly → Cancel subscription.

Open the Holafly app

Download and open the Holafly eSIM app on your phone. Log in using the email address linked to your subscription.

Go to 'My eSIMs'

From the home screen, tap the 'My eSIMs' section to view your active eSIM plans.

Tap 'Go to Subscription'

Find your active Holafly Plans subscription and tap the 'Go to Subscription' button to access subscription management.

Request a one-time login link

Enter the email address used for your purchase. Holafly will send a one-time magic login link to that email address.

Open email and access 'Manage Account'

Check your inbox for the email from Holafly and tap the button inside it to open your 'Manage Account' page in the browser.

Tap 'Cancel Subscription'

Scroll to the bottom of the Manage Account page where the plan information menu appears. Tap 'Cancel Subscription', then tap 'Cancel Subscription' again on the confirmation prompt.

Select a cancellation reason

A list of cancellation reasons will appear. Select the reason that best applies to your situation.

Tap 'Confirm' to complete

Tap 'Confirm' to finalize the cancellation. You will receive an email confirmation. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
