Will I still have access to cloud storage after I cancel?

Yes. Canceling stops auto-renewal but your cloud plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. You can still access and view recorded cloud footage until it expires.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Zosi does not offer refunds for cloud subscription payments already made. Cancellation only prevents future charges. For billing disputes, contact service@zositech.com.

What happens to my recorded cloud footage when the plan ends?

Zosi Cloud uses a rolling 30-day retention window — footage older than 30 days is automatically deleted. Once your plan expires, new footage will no longer be recorded to the cloud, and existing recordings will eventually be purged.

Can I reactivate my Zosi Cloud plan after canceling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time by going to your camera in the Zosi Smart app, tapping the cloud icon, and selecting a new cloud storage plan.

If I subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, do I need to cancel there too?

Yes. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, you must cancel through their respective subscription management systems (iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or Google Play > Subscriptions) — canceling only within the Zosi app may not stop App Store/Play Store billing.

What if I only want to cancel cloud for one camera, not all cameras?

Cloud plans are per-camera on Zosi. You can cancel the cloud plan for each individual camera separately by selecting each device in the app and tapping its cloud icon to manage or cancel that specific camera's plan.

Open the Zosi Smart App

Launch the Zosi Smart app on your iOS or Android device and log in to your account.

Select Your Camera Device

On the home screen, tap the camera device that has the active cloud storage plan you want to cancel.

Tap the Cloud Icon

On the camera live view or device detail screen, tap the cloud icon (cloud storage button) to open the cloud storage management section.

Access Cloud Storage Settings

Tap 'Cloud Storage' to open your current cloud plan details, including your subscription tier, billing cycle, and renewal status.

Tap 'Cancel Automatic'

Locate and tap the 'Cancel Automatic' button to disable auto-renewal for your cloud plan. This stops future charges but keeps access active until the current billing period ends.

Confirm Cancellation

Confirm the cancellation when prompted. If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you may also need to cancel it separately via iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Zosi Smart, or Google Play > Subscriptions > Zosi Smart.
