Can I reactivate my RP Diet subscription later?

Yes. You can reactivate at any time by resubscribing through the same platform (App Store, Google Play, or rp.app/manage). Your previous diet data and history may still be accessible depending on how long your account has been inactive.

What happens to my diet data after I cancel?

Your account and data remain stored after cancellation. You can log back in and view your history, but active coaching features and plan generation require an active subscription. RP has not published a specific data retention timeframe.

I subscribed on both iOS and Android — do I need to cancel both?

Yes. RP Diet subscriptions on iOS and Android are separate purchases on separate platforms. If you subscribed on both, you must cancel each one independently through its respective app store.

How do I cancel if I subscribed via PayPal?

Log into your PayPal account, go to Settings (gear icon, top right) → Payments → Manage automatic payments. Find the RP Strength payment, click it, then click Cancel and confirm.

Identify your subscription source

Determine how you originally subscribed: through the iOS App Store, Google Play Store, or directly via the RP website (rp.app/manage). The cancellation method depends entirely on where you purchased — each platform must be cancelled independently.

For iOS: Open Apple Settings

Open the iOS Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Tap your name/Apple ID profile at the very top of the screen.

For iOS: Navigate to Subscriptions

Tap 'Subscriptions' from the Apple ID menu. Find 'RP Diet Coach & Planner' in the list of active subscriptions and tap it.

For iOS: Tap Cancel Subscription

Scroll to the bottom of the subscription detail screen and tap 'Cancel Subscription'. Confirm when prompted. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

For Android: Open Google Play Subscriptions

Open the Google Play Store app. Tap your profile icon in the upper right corner, then select 'Payments & subscriptions' → 'Subscriptions'. Find 'RP Diet Coach & Planner' and tap it, then tap 'Cancel subscription' and follow the on-screen prompts.

For website/direct subscribers: Go to rp.app/manage

If you subscribed directly on the RP website (via Stripe or PayPal), navigate to rp.app/manage and log in with your account email. Locate your active subscription and click 'Cancel Subscription', then confirm when prompted. Check your email for a cancellation confirmation.

After cancelling, you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive one within a few minutes, contact RP support at app.support@rpstrength.com to verify your subscription has been cancelled.
