Go to Amazon Prime settings
Visit amazon.com and sign in. Click 'Account & Lists' then select 'Prime Membership'.
Click Manage Membership
On the Prime membership page, click 'Update, cancel and more' to expand the options.
Select End Membership
Click 'End Membership and Benefits' at the bottom of the expanded section.
Navigate retention offers
Amazon will present several pages showing benefits you'll lose and may offer discounts. Click 'Continue to Cancel' on each page.
Choose end date
Select whether to end immediately or at the end of your billing period.
Confirm cancellation
Click the final 'Cancel Membership' button to complete the process.
