Choose your cancellation method

Tele2 Latvia does not offer a direct one-click online cancellation. You must cancel by phone (+371 66061010), via the Mans Tele2 portal messaging feature, in person at a Tele2 store, or by email to tele2@tele2.lv. Phone is the fastest method.

Log in to Mans Tele2 (if cancelling online)

Go to mans.tele2.lv and log in with your Tele2 account credentials. Alternatively, open the Mans Tele2 mobile app and sign in.

Open the messaging inbox (Pastkastīte)

In the Mans Tele2 portal, navigate to the messaging section called 'Pastkastīte' (Inbox/Mailbox). This is the only way to submit a written termination request online — there is no standalone cancel button.

Send a termination request message

Write a message requesting contract termination ('vēlos atteikties no Tele2 pakalpojumiem'). Include your phone number to be cancelled and your contract password (security word set when the contract was signed). Submit the message.

Call customer service to confirm (if cancelling by phone)

Call +371 66061010 (Mon–Sun 08:00–22:00 EET). State that you want to terminate your subscription. Provide your phone number and the contract password when prompted by the agent.

Review final prorated invoice

Tele2 calculates your final bill proportionally based on active days used in the final billing month — you are not charged for a full last month. If you have a device installment plan, those payments continue independently until fully paid.

Confirm disconnection

Once processed, your number will be permanently disconnected. Service continues until the disconnection is complete. Note: the number cannot be restored after cancellation — if you want to pause service instead, ask about a number-preservation tariff.
