Go to account.adobe.com and sign in with your Adobe ID.
Go to Plans
Click 'Plans' in the left navigation.
Click Manage Plan
Find your Lightroom plan and click 'Manage plan'.
Select Cancel Plan
Click 'Cancel plan' from the available options.
Navigate retention screens
Decline discount offers and plan-pause options across several screens.
Accept any applicable fees
If on an annual plan, review and accept the early termination fee.
Confirm cancellation
Click the final confirmation to cancel your Lightroom plan.
