Sign in to your Norton account

Go to my.norton.com and sign in with the email address and password associated with your Norton subscription.

Open My Subscriptions

Once signed in, click on your account name or profile icon in the top-right corner, then select 'My Subscriptions' from the dropdown menu.

Locate your Norton 360 plan

Find the Norton 360 subscription you want to cancel in the subscriptions list. Note the renewal date and price displayed next to it.

Click 'Cancel Subscription Renewal' or 'Manage Renewal'

Next to your Norton 360 plan, click the 'Cancel Subscription Renewal' button (or 'Manage Renewal' if that appears instead). This opens the cancellation flow.

Click 'Unsubscribe' next to Plan Renewal

On the renewal management page, find the 'Plan Renewal' row and click 'Unsubscribe' to proceed to the cancellation steps.

Select a cancellation reason and click 'Next'

Choose a reason for cancelling from the dropdown list (e.g. 'Too expensive', 'Don't need it anymore') and click the 'Next' button.

Decline retention offer and confirm cancellation

Norton will present a retention offer (e.g. a discounted renewal price or an extended trial). To proceed, click 'No thanks, cancel my subscription', then click 'Next' to confirm. A confirmation message will appear on screen.
