Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-subscription?

No. Vectary's Terms of Service explicitly state you are not eligible for a prorated refund for any remaining portion of your billing term. You retain access until the end of the paid period. Exception: EU and UK consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, though any refund may be reduced proportionally based on usage.

What happens to my projects after I cancel?

At the end of your billing period, the workspace locks. You will be unable to edit, move, or access any projects in that workspace. All public embed links and shared project URLs will also stop working. Vectary's terms state they will delete all data associated with the account upon termination.

Can I keep my projects after cancelling?

Yes, but you must act before cancellation takes effect. Move projects to a free Starter workspace or export them before the billing period ends. Once the workspace locks you lose access.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. The workspace locks rather than being immediately deleted, so renewing the subscription should restore access to your workspace and projects.

Who can cancel a Vectary subscription?

Only the workspace owner can access the Billing tab and cancel. Workspace members and admins do not have permission to view or manage billing.

What if I'm on a Business plan?

Business plan cancellations may not be self-service. You may need to contact your assigned Customer Success Manager or email support@vectary.com directly to cancel.

Log in to Vectary

Go to https://app.vectary.com and sign in with your account credentials.

Select the workspace to cancel

From the dashboard, click on the workspace whose subscription you want to cancel. Note: each workspace has its own independent subscription.

Open Workspace Settings

Click the gear/settings icon next to the workspace name in the workspace list to open the workspace settings panel. Only the workspace owner can access billing — members and admins cannot.

Go to the Billing tab

In the workspace settings panel, click the 'Billing' tab. This shows your current plan details, renewal date, and recent invoices. You can also navigate directly via: https://www.vectary.com/dashboard/?workspace_settings=true&tab=Billing

Export or move projects (recommended)

Before cancelling, move any projects you want to keep to a free Starter workspace, or export them. After cancellation the workspace locks and all public embed links stop working.

Click 'Cancel your plan'

Scroll down in the Billing tab and click 'Cancel your plan'. A warning will appear stating: 'The workspace will be locked if the plan is not renewed after the end of the billing cycle' and that you will lose access to edit, move, or view projects.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the confirmation prompts to complete the cancellation. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which the workspace locks.
