Download the termination request form

Go to https://www.a1.mk/uslovi/opshti-uslovi/ and download the PDF titled 'Образец за поднесување на барање за престанок на претплатнички однос' (Form for submitting a request to end a subscription relationship). Fill in your subscriber details

Complete the termination form with your full name, address, subscriber (MSISDN/account) number, ID number, and the service(s) you want to cancel. Indicate your desired end date and reason for cancellation.

Choose your submission method

Confirm notice period and end date
