Only PRO users or admins with full rights can manage services — unless a PRO or company manages the space. Installers and Service Managers with dealer company accounts can also deactivate services via the Ajax PRO Desktop Objects tab.

Open Ajax Security System App

Launch the Ajax Security System app (version 3.34 or later) on your mobile device, or open Ajax Desktop (version 5.34 or later) on your computer. Log in with your Ajax account credentials.

Navigate to Space Settings

On the main screen, tap on the space (hub) for which you want to cancel the subscription. Then open 'Space Settings' from the hub or space menu.

Open Extra Services

Inside Space Settings, locate and tap the 'Extra services' section. This lists all active Ajax Services subscriptions tied to your hub.

Select the Service to Cancel

Tap on the specific service you want to cancel (e.g., Ajax SIM, Cloud signaling, etc.) to open its detail screen.

Tap 'Manage service'

On the service detail screen, tap the 'Manage service' button to access cancellation options.

Choose Deactivate or Stop Now

You will see two options: (1) 'Deactivate' — service stays active until the end of the current billing period and can be restored before then; (2) 'Stop now' — service ends immediately and a prorated refund is issued to your original payment card based on the number of days the service was active. Choose the option that suits you.

Confirm Cancellation

Tap 'Confirm' (or 'Stop' if using Stop now) on the confirmation prompt. You will receive confirmation that the service has been deactivated or stopped. If you used 'Stop now' and had Ajax SIM, the SIM card is also deactivated immediately.
