Find your policy number on your Declaration Page (emailed at enrollment) or log in to your account at mypethealth.com/auth/login to retrieve it. You will need this to cancel.

Prepare your cancellation email

Compose an email to Customer_Care@pethealthinc.com. Include: your full name, policy number, pet's name, a clear written request to cancel, your desired cancellation effective date, and a request for written confirmation of the cancellation.

Send the cancellation request

Send the email to Customer_Care@pethealthinc.com and save a copy with the timestamp. Alternatively, call 1-866-597-2424 (Mon–Fri, 10AM–6PM ET) and verbally request cancellation — ask the agent for a confirmation number during the call.

Request written confirmation

Whether you emailed or called, explicitly request a written confirmation of cancellation. Keep this as proof in case charges continue after your cancellation date.

Monitor your bank statement

Check your bank or credit card for charges appearing as 'PTZ*24PTWTCH*' or '24PETWATCH'. If you are charged after your cancellation effective date, dispute the charge with your bank using your cancellation confirmation as evidence.
